Have a set of cutlery, plates, bowls, and cups for people to check out for public events. Key issues in putting this resource together are where to store the materials, and how to make sure they are efficiently and effectively cleaned. Some ideas are to partner with the public library, and to connect with a business or establishment that has an industrial dishwasher. We will need to develop a cataloging system and establish a process for who picks up, cleans, and drops off items.
