I would like to improve the two basketball courts at Spence Elementary by repainting lines, replacing the backboards, and adding a mustang mascot to each court.
Have you asked the school district to improve it with their funds yet?
This would benefit children in the La Crosse community.
Would love to see the art teacher at the school help! Maybe even the area universities?
Was this idea already funded? If not, a good step may be finding one person to fund this. I believe this could definitely happen!
A project like this will need to first go through Spence administration and the district's Buildings and Grounds department. Playground refurbishments would be included in the district's capital improvements budget, so this project could possibly already be included on the list of Spence upgrades.
