Young Hands is for parents under 25 in Kirkconnel and Kelloholm and runs every Friday 12-2pm. With 6 parents and 6 children, this is the only group they access together. Young Hands provides a safe space for parents and children to interact with other parents and build relationships. The group offers activity-based learning relating to family health and well being in a peer to peer environment where young parents and learn from each other and create a support network.
