Increase resources for free legal aid service to ensure that victims of violence find trained lawyers available to assist them through the legal process, and introduce effective measures for the protection of Domestic Violence Unit, Shelter and Child Protection staff so that front liners are safe in the execution of their obligations and for the protection of victims.
