Ensure full transparency in the provision chain of agricultural products, from farm to table, by monitoring prices along the chain, in order to protect the interests of the farmers, middlemen (pitkala), sellers and, last but not least, consumers. In this way, farmers will be ensured a just income for their work whilst consumers will have a wide choice of high quality agricultural products at affordable prices.
