The current High-Rise Building Policy has basically made half of Malta a high-rise building zone without taking into consideration the local context and will eventually turn Malta into an even worse construction jungle. High rise buildings should be limited to one or two particular areas which should be strictly contained and regulated as in financial districts in foreign cities such as London and Paris and should not be allowed to mushroom all over our country.
