I live alone so I have no subsidy on water and electricity. I am billed the same as a family of 3 or 4 people and yet I have all the energy saving appliances and don't have an a/c. A rebate or subsidy should be introduced for single people after all whether I turn the TV on or switch on the light in a room for myelf or for 4 people I am using the same amount of units. I still need to wash my clothes whether I have a full load or less. Even a flat rebate rate would go a long way.
